Maine 2 month pahle oppo f1s liya jo ki gir gaya girne ke vajah se display & kuch aur bhi problem ho gai hai mobile banvane ke liye (1 month se jyada ho gaye) paresan ho raha hoon humare yahaan na hi iska service center hai na hi koi exchange offer ab kya karoon kuch samajh nhi aa raha hai
Sabse yahi kahna chahata hoon ki koi bhi mobile lene se pahle ye pata karlo ki tumhare yahaan us compny ka service center hai ya nahi ek baat aur (m.p.) chhindwara ke log oppo na hi le to accha hai

My mobile is oppo A37 and now it’s 6 days. It get over heated and stand by time low. I complaint on 3rd day and they update software then also the complaint exist again I contact them. They took the mobile to oppose service centre. They told they want to reupdate it . after reupdation the same complaint exist. Now the phone net is slow and sound problem. What to do. I bought the mobile on 18th Jan 7pm

My self Vinodkumar Yadla using OPPO – R2001, IMEI no. 1 – 355765047286835, IMEI no. 1 – 355765047286827, in May-16 i have given my mobile at service centre for software installation as it was crashed, once again it was crashed in the month of Jun-16, Now once again software has crashed, i have to pay them everytime, i am visiting Kalyan service centre but they are not giving permanent solution for this, i am now fedup wasting my time at service centre for 5 long hours & now today i am unable to connect to anybody due to this software crash. Please come back to a permanent solution. My Mobile Nos. 7738399706 / 9324539706. Their were lot of other issues which i am not mentioning, but due to software crash i am unable to use my mobile phone.
