I took loan in July 1999 against car loan (Maruti 800)from Punjab n Sindh bank Rewa (MP) I have cleared my loan amount in 2001.I have sold my car but bank authority asking for car reg.copy which I have lost.they are denying to issue NOC,which is required to transfer my sold car to the purchaser by RTO Rewa .Reg.copy was manually allotted in1999.july.
