  2. Very bad service provided it was told that tv will be mount on wall by service person in 48 hrs today is the 8 day, even taking every day followup still person has not visited the place.

I HAVE BOUGHT 40 LED SMART TV ON JULY 29/07/2016 i am very disapointed that USB OF THE tv in not working also the staff both Mr Manjeet and avinash is not good in talking they blackmailing saying that avinash saying its cost me 3900/ and Mr Manjeet saying its cost 4900/- how can i pay when the USB is not working it is my fault .
    they services is very bad i request all people please do not buy any product of lloyed


  4. We purchased llyod smart led 40″ tv, we were told that company people will come and do the installation, two days got over no one turned up , atlast we arranged it in our local person by paying him extra money. Very sad & disappointed .

  5. I have Brought a 24″ inch LED TV And after 7 month later a white screen problem has been created .
    for same I have logged a case with lloyed centralised help Desk for fix the issue on dated 1 aug-16 with case id
    “LEEL010816720240” . but till time problem is continue.for same i have Discus with Mr. Manoj & Mr. Mandeep
    (8377008286 and 8860334257) . Hope My LED Will be ok as I pray to GOD.

  6. Thank you for providing us, a great LED TV L32S (lloyed) . but I disappointed on some issues like, Tv hotspot & TV software update.. When you provide hotspot to connect the mobile phone or any other WiFi supporting equipment.. There should be a password of it. If I made WiFi ON in my phone, then it shows a WiFi network, “Drawing room TV”. When I clicked on it. Asking the password.. So please provide us the password.. & software update is very difficult thing to do by customers end. What we do when service person told, software update can’t happen over USB & password not provided to TV’s hotspot network.. Please reply
