Laal Singh Chaddha is the Hindi remake of the Hollywood film, Forrest Gump, starring Tom Hanks. 

The film is directed by Advait Chandan also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Mona Singh. 

It marks Bollywood debut of Naga Chaitanya, the famous South Star.

The film was earlier planned to release on Baisakhi, but the makers postponed the release date to August 11, 2022.

The trailer of Laal Singh Chaddha dropped and found itself in the middle of the controversies. 

The movie was made on a budget of more than Rs 180 crore but managed to collect only Rs 27.9 crore on first weekend. 

This is the lowest collection on first day for for Aamir Khan in 13 years. 

Trade analysts believe that Aamir Khan gave worst performance in LSC. 

The movie is struggling to earn more from Day 1 which shows that content of the movie was not appropriate. 

The call for the boycott is another reason behind Laal Singh Chaddha’s flop. 

A very famous analyst suggested that loss of the movie can be recuperated with the OTT release. 

The rights have already been sold to an OTT platform to make the unexpected failure of the movie.
