and have done the payment through Netbanking as below:

So far I have not received the payment confirmation mail. Also, On the order status it is showing “Payment mode(Payment method): Credit” and in the tracking status it shows “Despatched from Mjr. Acc. (COD)”whereas I have not selected the COD for payment. It is confusing. I am not clear about the status of payment but it has been deducted from my account as per the details above. Kindly explicitly and clearly state that whether payment has been received and clear the matter.
I purchase 3 watch by mode of cod, it’s order no. Is 30876367.
Product has received but fault in product ( in 3 watch one is fault/ broken) pls refund in my account.
I couriered the product by Blue dart.
