WE HAD ASKED A PACKET TO BE DELIVERED FROM DELHI TO BHUBANESWAR , BOOKED BY our Transport Agency EXPRESS HOME PACKERS , ON OUR BEHALF. THEY HAVE BOOKED IT 3-4 DAYS BEFORE AND CHARGED US FOR EXPRESS DELIDERY THROUGH DTDC. THE BOOKING REF IS :- D 25803628 AND Z 74657788.
IN SPITE OF SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CALL UP DELHI, BHUBANESWAR , CORPORATE OFFICE AND ALL POSSIBLE NUMBERS MENTIONED IN WEBSITE , SAD TO SAY THAT NONE APPEAR TO BE FUNCTIONAL OR NOT ATTENDED TO .

Mr. Gopakumar has sent a parcel to me on 27/11/2015 vide CL No. 19866083 from Ottapalam, distt. palaghat, Kerala to Parliament Street, New Delhi-1. But till date I have not received the same. The parcel weight is 1.2 KGs. and they have taken Rs. 800/-. Please note that better please close your courier business immediately because your courier service is very bad and your business is making money. Please give me your reply immediately, other-wise I will take action against your BAD MANAGEMENT.

All the communication lines mentioned in the official website and the receipt of transaction seem to be dis-functional.

DTDC is the worst courier service. A packet despatch from faridabad to noida on 30/9/15, their site shows delivered on 1/10/2015, but not delivered yet. i call to DTDC so many times from 3/10 to 10/10, that please show me POD/DRS copy but they are interested to close the matter. all time told that we will give you copy within 2 hours. but 2 hours not completed.
