Refund: There will be a refund of the money if a ticket is cancelled in less than 24 hours of the scheduled departure. 50% cost of the ticket is hand over if cancelled between 24 hours and less than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time and 75% ticket cost will be refunded if the ticket is cancelled in more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  3. Proviso for Duplicate Ticket: In case of ticket loss like scenario against the Police Report, a new ticket is issued as a duplicate ticket by paying 25% of actual fare as administrative charges. This kind of ticket is necessary while travelling because it is subject to proof of the identity of the passenger.
  4. Luggage: While travelling, the passenger is liable to carry a maximum of 29X60 inches of length. Weight of the baggage should be only and only 25 Kg. Along with this, a shoulder bag is permitted. No luggage permitted to children below 12 years except a handbag.
  5. Packing Criteria: Passengers are strictly suggested not to carry cash, cameras, jewellery, business data, and negotiable papers in the checked-in luggage baggage.
  6. Restricted Baggage: It is not suggested to pack articles like fluids, poisons, inflammable, ignitable, explosives, and compressed gas.
  7. Cabin Baggage: Carry one handbag which can be kept in the bus cabin
  8. Responsibility: As baggage and passenger liability is very limited by the Government. All buses provided for journey insured as per the Indian Motor Vehicles Act and DTC which is not accountable for any kind of loss or whatsoever.
  9. Check-in Time: Report at the terminal one hour before the scheduled time for leaving the bus. Also, reservation gets cancelled if the passenger was unable to report for check-in well on time.
  10. Delhi-Kathmandu Bus Schedule Departure Time: Bus will depart from Dr Ambedkar Stadium Bus Terminal, Delhi Gate at 10:00 Am as per Indian Standard Time and will reach Kathmandu at Swayambhu at 9:00 AM as per NST
  11. Halts: There are three halt places Firozabad (India), Faizabad (India), and Mugling (Nepal). Besides this, the bus will also stop at Sanouli which is India-Nepal Border for the purpose of Customs checking.
