  2. Please do not Buy Reconnect Products They don’t have their spare parts . I had purchased an AC in 2018 .
    In 2019 its parts are unavailable at reliance services . Their parts are unavailable in open market also .

    Please go with brands like Voltas , Lg etc

This is with respect to my complain regarding service/repair of my Rconnect window AC dated 30.03.2019 , after so many follow ups/complain escalations person came to visit at my place on dated 04.04.2019 …. and told that this is a leakage problem and he will not attend this(When I already mentioned in my complain that there is no cooling in my AC unit). Then again I raised another complain on same date and after that complain also I have to follow up so hard to get a visit done at my place and finally on dated 06.04.2019 a person came at 9.00 Pm and half heartily checked the AC and told this unit has to be sent at workshop and left.

    After that another struggle started to arrange to send the AC unit at workshop, again after so many follow ups, on dated 08.04.2019 AC finally sent to workshop and I was promised that I will get it back within 4-5 days after repairing. From that date I haven’t got any call from anyone regarding status of my AC. And when I am calling to get the status no one responded, some says I am on leave etc etc.

    From Above story it is very well understood that how good Rconnect is taking care of their customers. I have never this type of disgusting service from any brand and that too in a metro city(Noida). What can be more shameful for Rconnect people than this. From 30.03.2019 to 16.04.2019, 17 days, but till now nothing happened and now I am not expecting anything.

    Now they people had taken my AC back and not providing any status, so i need refund of my money and they keep their AC with Them

    I will take this matter to various forums to expose those Rconnect cheated persons.

  4. I have perches reliance reconnect home sub uper speaker on 11/2006 .
    The sub upar shekar Not Warking and all so services contact
    Warangal Telangana .
    Pls do not buy reconnect sub uper product because service centre not response my sub super last 30days I kindly request s don’t buy reconnect productis.

  6. i think the biggest mistake i have commited in my liife is buying a reconnect ac.. worst customer care sevice.no engineers to visit. careless customer care executive and highly unprofessional staff. my ac is not working from past 15 days. raised 4 complaints already but no one is ready to solve it. they just dont wanna talk and resolve.. on 17th august i raised a complaint and till date i have raised another 4 complaints but i guess all are useless. as the company nor their employees have any sense of professionalism. i think i should go to consumer court registering a case against the staff and company.. all are the same from junior to senior level. they have been trained to fool people

    i am very glad to say Reconnect is one of my life 39 years very worst service provider even manager level person will not able to resolve a problem
    i log a complain in february 24th -2018 and asking for enginner for service my working condition AC
    engineer come on 5th march-2018 and he checked ac and reply AC is not working and i am doing only service like Cleaning AC (it’s a sweeper JOB) then i Log a complain for repairing engineer come and said it’s PCB problem and its not available in our service center it will take 10 Days
    After TOOOOOmany Followup even personally visit RES Q center (situated at OP Road, Akshar Chowk, Baroda, engineer visit on 8th April with New PCB checked and reply very happily Now it’s problem with Transformer and personally said don’t complain anyone i will visit within two days and resolve the problem today even i ask for engineer and guess replied was wonderful Part will be received after one week or 10 days

    i said i will complaint to consumer forum and the gentleman reply i don’t care you will go anywhere and complain against me or my company (RES Q)

    even after this All story moral is very worst Quality product was provided by Reconnect

    Even Engineers was not capable to identify the exact problem

    No Manners how to talk with customers and no fear of consumer forum, even we buy a product and not in working condition company or representative didn’t care or shame

    on phone or personally i agreed to pay service charge even my AC is in warranty period but they don.t care

    very very worst Quality service and engineer behavior

  12. I have purchase reliance reconnect washing machine of top load on 16 feb 2018. The new machine spin motor is not working and no one has came for demo . i have been calling customer care regularly from 15 days no one is responding. i want the replacement of the washing machine as soon as possible or else i will take further action.

  13. HELLO RELIANCE THIS IS SHANKU BHASKAR.ACTUALLY I HAD A PROBLEM IN MY RECONNECT TV,WHICH IS SOUND CRACK..WHEN I SEE TV DAT TIME MY TV SOUND AUTOMATICALLY GONE.. ITS MEAN PROBLEM OF SPEAKER.. MY TV IS IN WARRENTY.. SO I LODGE A REQUEST TO CALL CENTER TO VISIT TECHNICIAN IN MY HOUSE & REPAIR THIS..

    23th JUNE, I DID REQUEST DEN FROM CALL CENTER TELL ME SOME ONE VISIT TO MY HOUSE DAT OR CALL ME FROM TECHNICAL DEAPARTMENT.. BUT NO ONE CALL MEE..

    AGAIN I CALLED 2 CALL CENTER & THEY DID AGAIN REMINDER ON MY REQUEST & SAID DAFENTLY SOME ONE WILL CALL U WITH IN A ONE HOUR..I WAS WATING FR DAT BUT 24TH JUNE FULL DAY NO ONE CALL MEE..

    I CANT SEE MY TV DUE TO SOUND PROBLEM…. I NEVER SEE THIS KIND OF WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE.AGAIN & AGAIN FROM CALL CENTER GIVE ME FALLS COMMITMENT….

    PLZ FOLLOW UP MY COMPLAIN URGENTLY.& SOLVE THE ISSUE. I M WATING FOR UR RESPONSE
