  1. Write a letter to the administrative officer, consumer court. Make sure for sending the copy of the previous receipts

There are many instances where clients are unhappy with the behavior of agents. They make big promises when clients needed but pay no need to the phone calls after money is invested. These matters are too serious because investment in done in LIC policies with some purpose but it leads to failure when agents turn aback from their duty.   1. I want to complaint against my LIC Agent Mr.Mariappan mobile no: 99*****99, he is not attending my calls, still not giving me any our policy claim status I have alredy given him a document for till date not process our document.

    I hereby request you to cancel his license or take strict action on him

    Complaint against Shri. Namdev Venkati Gavle R/o Bijewadi Post Shekapur Tq. Kandhar Dist. Nanded State Maharashtra Pin- 431714.

    Sir, I had started premium since almost 10 years but your agent stated above haven’t handed over any kind of document (Bond) of premium paid for the last 10 years. He lie me every time and made me fool with his behaviour not only me but number of people from our region which will affect reputation of LIC family amongst society. If, you cant take any strict action against your agent, it will suffer great loss for LIC. Who shall trust on LIC agents if you are unable to give bond paper of LIC premium till 10 years complete. Is this way of LIC Agent to treat with people.

    My Agent Mr. Srinivas Sharma code no: 0B9****21 not came to collected the premium for August 2019 in month for Policy number 62******4. He received a call and told me to pay me itself and told if you want to continue the policy you pay otherwise leave it. Please execute action against this Agent code.
    This incidence will harm the reputation of LIC, Please take necessary action.

  4. Hello sir my self yashwant kumar i am from ambedkar nagar (224159) malipur. My lic agent is cheated with me and my whole family he is stooled 3 years premium continuous.policy no.is 23*******0 policy holder name is vivek prakash.he is my younger brother.
    And agent name and code is JIYALAL. CD:****393. DO.CD:00****0
    Kindly please do something. about this agent.as soon as possible please dismiss her licences because next time he is not cheated to other policy holder.

    I want to complaint against my LIC Agent Vinod Kumar Yadav-9*****15 , he is not attending my calls, still not giving me any lic receipts & I have alredy given him cheques of my premium which is due on 14th feb 2018,but still he has not submitted lic cheques,

    I hereby request you to cancel his license or take strict action on him

    Other wise we will cancel our policies

    Andheri (east),
    Mumbai.
    My agent name narayan shetty of your branch has made 6 policy from our end from past 15 years. There was a spelling error in name for which we have requested to correct it. He has taken our original policy and submitted the same to your branch and watsapp the acknowledgement to us. Its been 1 years we dont have our original doc nor we received the name changed also past 1 year he does not pick the phone as well. His wife picks the phone and start shouting. How come LIC allows such kind of agent to be part of it. Who is responsible to give back our original doc. Pls help….

    Vijay Kumar Bansal, LIC agent, LIC Branch 116, New Delhi,Agent code 43139111, has taken amount for policy renewal but has not paid to LIC. He is neither renewing the policy nor paying the money back. I want to take action against him, My Policy No. is 121923646.

    Please take necessary action.
